Egri Csillag Superior 2024 and Madagascan Milk Chocolate

The richly flavoured blend and the chocolate with deep taste make a colourful combination. It is always a challenge to taste chocolate with white wine but the cassis-balsamic, fruit-flavoured chocolate that accompanies the wine is an excellent companion to this fresh, pleasant wine. The lime-honey-peach citrus flavours that emerge in the Csillag are enhanced by the chocolate. The crispness of the cocoa bean curd is a pleasure to the taster in itself but also adds an exciting liqueur wine character. Youthful flavours characterise both the chocolate and the wine.
