WINEMAKING
The grapes for the 2024 vintage were harvested at the end of September, carefully selected when the berries were already slightly shriveled, carrying concentrated aromas and rich content. The must was fermented in wooden barrels, which enriched the natural elegance of the variety with delicate spiciness and fullness. After fermentation, the wine continued to age in barrels to develop its roundness, harmony, and complexity. The result is a high-quality sweet Riesling that showcases the beautiful harmony between nature and careful craftsmanship.
