Medium deep garnet colour. Characteristic varietal on the nose with a discreet spiciness, red fruits, rose hip and blackcurrant. It also has an intense and persistent cherry syrup character, especially on the palate. The acidity is lively and refreshing. Its tannins are slightly dry but leasant. A light, youthful wine.

September harvest. Fermentation in tanks with racking after berrying. After pressing and malolactic fermentation, maturation for one and a half years, partly in barrels and partly in tanks.
