TASTING NOTE
Medium deep, straw yellow wine with an intense citrus, pineapple, fruity-perfumed nose. On the palate there is a nice array of fruit, pomelo, lime, a hint of apricot, pear and intense floral notes. This pleasantly acidic, citrusy, slightly musky line is also present in the very long finish.

TECHNICAL SHEET
WINEMAKING
The grape varieties were harvested separately at the optimum ripening time for each variety. The harvested grapes were pressed gently after destemming. The must obtained was settled and fermented under cooled circumstances. The fermented wines were kept in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
